Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1- 3 weeks on average.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. The current wait time can be found on the top of the website and is frequently updated. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Acoustic Treatments is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

 

Damages

Acoustic Treatments is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the AusPost. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Acoustic treatments will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipment

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

If there’s something wrong with the you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have unlimited time to issue a refund and return your .

 

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

Refunds

We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

 

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

 

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Acoustic Treatments is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

 

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

 

Shipping

Acoustic Treatments is responsible for return shipping costs. Every returning shipping is paid by Acoustic Treatments, even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Acoustic Treatments may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Acoustic Treatments reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Acoustic Treatments confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Acoustic Treatments will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
